BKF Builders featured in TALK Magazine September issue

Photos featuring Jim and Sandy Tolbert's residence in Kilgore Plantation, Simpsonville, SC, can be found in the September issue of TALK Magazine.  Pictured is the outdoor living gazebo area of the home that includes a fireplace, Primo smoker, refrigerator and sink.  The vaulted ceilings are covered with Wyoming Snow Fence wood.  The custom built cabinet doors are crafted of the same lumber.  In the past, ceiling fans were preferable for this type of area, however, in our quest to keep in step with the current trends, we chose to install a beautiful custom made chandelier. The cabinets and fireplace are made with a brick veneer, and painted to match the home for continuity.  All patio area and floor inside gazebo area consists of Pennsylvania bluestone cut in three shapes, to add to the design appeal.  Fountain located in front of gazebo was previously a jacuzzi which was filled in with excess brick from the job.  Addition of the fountain further enhances the area.
